Here's what I have to say about my Vitamix: I LOVE it! I use it every day. Last summer I was using 2-3 times and sometimes even 4 times a day. I am always exploring it's multiple functions and applications. I did smoothies, fruit popsicles, nut butter, ice cream, hummus, soup, bread, salsa and more.
