1- How can I order the products on your web site?

2- Is it safe to order by Internet?
Yes. Our server is secured therefore your personal informations will be visible only by the person processing your order.
3- How can I pay for products?
We accept the 2 major credit cards Visa and MasterCard. You can also, if you prefer, pay by money order (CAD or USD), cash (in person only) or by bank transfer (EFT) if you live in Canada.
Appliances
All appliances come with a garantee from the manufacturer. May vary depending on your country.
Supplements
AIM supplements are covered by the garantee offered to AIM Members. Xango is covered by a garantee offered by Xango company. Cost of shipping not included.
5- Do you ship outside of Canada ?
Yes. We use different carriers to offer many options to our customers (mail, UPS, DHL)
6- What is your return policy ?
We will not accept returned items without an RAN (return authorization number). You must contact us BEFORE returning an item in order to get an RAN. Any natural supplement returned for refund must be unopened in its original container with the safety seal intact. A 15-20% restocking fee may be applied. Shipping costs are not refunded on returned goods. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND unless indicated otherwise.
